DELIVERY CHARGES
Orders above S$500 (after any discounts) receive complimentary courier delivery.
Orders below $500 (after any discounts) will be subjected to a S$18 courier delivery charge.
MODES OF DELIVERY
Once you have placed your order, your item(s) will reach you within 3 working days (excluding Weekends & Public Holidays) after it have been dispatched from our Warehouse. All deliveries are door-to-door.
There will also be an additional charge of S$18.00 for re-delivery or to another location should nobody be present to receive the package. Please ensure that the address provided during checkout is correct.
RECEIVED ITEM(S)
Please kindly check your orders and items upon receiving your delivery. Once delivered, item(s) are deemed to be correct and delivered accordingly.
